Return and Refund Policy

Our sculptures are crafted with care, and customer satisfaction is our top priority.

• Returns: Accepted only in case of manufacturing defects or damage during transit. Customers must notify us within  7 days delivery with proof (photos/videos).

• Refunds: For eligible cases, refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after product inspection.
